The speech bubble element can be used as a locked-up pair or as an individual item.

When using the locked-up version, they must always remain locked together in the orientation below. They can be used with reduced transparency as a background element.

They must always be oriented according to their position in the locked-up version or the logo. This is with the triangle section pointing down.
They can vary in size, position, and transparency as required.

The individual speech bubbles can be used in the sector/service colors, but only one color per usage, and it is to replace the green bubble. The grey bubble can be made white under the right circumstances, when used as a background element.

This logo is to be used primarily as the social profile image or as a design element.
The opacity of the logo can be reduced when used as a background element.
